Isaac Litman

Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Litman founded Neteera after serving as CEO for Mobileye (NYSE: MBLY) Aftermarket for six years until the IPO. Previously Mr. Litman founded and served as CEO at Telepath, Motorola´s exclusive distributor in Israel and East Europe and as founder & CEO for the business intelligence services firm ABSC.

Shimon Steinberger

Chief Technology Officer

Mr. Steinberger brings 30 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, managing leading-edge design teams focusing on high-speed communication solutions. Before joining Neteera, Shimon served as VP R&D of MultiPhy, a complex signal processing, and mixed-signal VLSI solutions provider.

Shahar Yaron

Chief Operation & Product Officer

Mr. Yaron joined Neteera after serving as General Manager at Bluran Line for 5 years and as director of products at Mobileye (MBLY) Aftermarket for 8 years. Mr. Yaron has 17 years of experience in leading and management of innovative projects.

Boaz Gur-Lavie

Chief Financial and Revenue Officer

Mr. Gur-Lavie is an accomplished senior global life sciences executive with extensive experience in building and leading high-performing teams, managing cross-functional teams, and creating learning cultures. He is proficient with capital market transactions, and played an active role as an entrepreneur, co-founding MDClone and CDI in the digital healthcare space.

Joseph Zaccaria

VP Strategy & Finance

Mr. Zaccaria joined Neteera in 2018 after spending almost a decade on Wall Street analyzing and investing in public and private technology companies. Prior to that, Mr. Zaccaria graduated from Johns Hopkins University where he was also a member of the varsity baseball team. 

Dan Weiss

VP of Operations, U.S.

Mr. Weiss has 35 years of experience in sales, operations, and leadership. He co-founded Varrow, an INC500 Fast Growth Company reaching $150M in annual revenue, later acquired by Sirius Computer Solutions. At Sirius, in collaboration with the EVP of Sales, he oversaw $3.5B in revenue with a sales team of over 400 salespeople.  Following CDW’s acquisition of Sirius in 2022, his team was responsible for an annual goal of over $7B in revenue being driven from over 1,200 sales professionals as VP of Sales Strategy for Major Accounts.

Ran Shifron

VP Business Development

Mr. Shifron is an accomplished global business leader in digital healthcare and medical devices. With over 30 years in scaling innovation for startups and multinational organizations, his track record includes launching successful products generating billions in sales. He’s now spearheading the revolution of personalized medicine and preventive care.

Rakefet Shohat

VP Quality, Regulation & Clinical

Ms. Shohat brings over 30 years of experience and vast knowledge in the high-tech & medical device sectors. Furthermore, Rakefet specializes in project management, quality assurance and product R&D.

Thomas Bang

Chief Strategy Officer, LTC,  N. America

Mr. Bang has led a series of early and mid-stage healthcare technology ventures to market leadership and profitable exits, including exits to United Healthcare, Cardinal Health, and private equity. Two decades in Fortune 100 leadership roles honed his professional development and the foundation for recurring successes, culminating in leading a $1.2B Baxter business unit. Recognized for his strategic acumen, Mr. Bang is deeply engaged in post-acute care as a board and advisory member to technology ventures.

Yair Deitcher, PhD.

VP Research & Development

Yair completed a PhD in computational neuroscience at the Hebrew University and has published multiple peer-reviewed papers in the field. His expertise spans signal processing, data science, machine learning, deep learning, and AI. Before joining Neteera, Yair served as the head of an AI research group at Orcam.

Rachel Weissberg

Dir. Strategy Healthcare N. America

Rachel leads Neteera’s go-to-market strategy development, crafting tailored healthcare solutions. Beyond marketing and partnerships, she utilizes enablement tools to tackle industry challenges head-on, sparking remarkable growth. Rachel operates at nexus of sales, marketing, product development, and partnerships; this enables her to engineer new workflows, driving critical revenue streams and transformative growth.

Michelle Rosener

Marketing and Channel Development Director

Mrs. Rosener, brings over 18 years of professional marketing experience in the technology industry, including 7 years specifically focused on healthcare. Michelle excels in developing effective go-to-market plans. Her expertise lies in enhancing brand visibility, establishing strong partnerships with key stakeholders, and effectively aligning marketing strategies with sales objectives.

Patrick Finley

Director of Sales, U.S.

Mr. Finley brings over 11 years of transformative leadership experience in technology platforms, low voltage systems, and connected devices. He is dedicated to driving innovation and empowering clients to confidently navigate the complexities of cutting-edge technology. With a strong track record of crafting tailored value propositions, Pat consistently exceeds expectations and leads high-impact sales initiatives that enhance customer retention and satisfaction. At Neteera, he focuses on leveraging his extensive industry expertise to accelerate growth, strengthen market positioning, and cultivate a culture of excellence that delivers exceptional results.

Dr. Tsvika Ben Porat

Chairman

Dr. Ben Porat is an experienced veteran of Israel’s high-tech. He was the CTO of Ness Technologies (formerly traded on NASDAQ: NSTC), Founder and Chairman of the board of dbMotion (Sold to AllScript for $235MM). He was the CEO of Maayan Ventures, the largest technological incubator in Israel and the CEO of Jerusalem Technology Investment Ltd. 

Dr. Dov Berkowitz

Board Member

Dr. Berkowitz is the founder of Advanced Orthopaedics. He has been practicing orthopaedic surgery in New York for almost 30 years after completing his residency in orthopaedic surgery in 1983 at the prestigious Mount Sinai Hospital in New York. Dr. Berkowitz is a known angel investor in a number of technology startups and is one of Neteera Technologies’ founders.

Sonny Vu

Board Member

Mr. Sonny Vu previously was the President and CTO of Fossil Group, Connected Devices making technology useful and beautiful. Co-founder of Elemental Machines (IoT, life science), Misfit (wearables), AgaMatrix (diabetes, digital health), FireSpout (natural language processing).Mr. Vu loves helping exceptional founders build companies based on scientific breakthroughs.

James D. Egan

Board Member

Mr. Egan serves as Managing Director and Senior Advisor to  Raith Capital Management’s Asset Management Group with over twenty-five years of experience in the areas of corporate finance, structured debt and fixed asset loan restructuring, acquisition, development, sales, financing, and development of equity/joint venture relationships.

Prof. Israel M. Barbash

Chairman of the Medical Advisory Board

Professor Barbash is an expert in coronary and structural interventional cardiology, and has been studying basic and clinical cardiology for over 20 years. Professor Barbash has published more than 100 papers in the field of Cardiology and is renowned for his expertise in the field of Interventional Cardiology.

Rhonda Binda

Advisory Board Member

Ms. Binda is internationally recognized as a People’s Choice leader in developing smart cities. She co-founded NYC Starting Up and Venture Smarter and helped stand up the U.S. Congressional Smart Cities Caucus. Binda previously served at the White House and State Department and is an attorney and advocate for emerging tech industries.
