Isaac Litman
Isaac Litman founded Neteera after serving as CEO of the Aftermarket Division at Mobileye (NYSE: MBLY) until the IPO. Previously, he founded and served as CEO of Telepath, Motorola’s exclusive distributor in Israel and Eastern Europe, and as founder and CEO of the business intelligence services firm ABSC.
Nir Lazaros
Nir Lazaros is an experienced COO with 25+ years in building and managing global operations and supply chains for startups and established companies. Before joining Neteera as COO in 2025, he served as COO and VP Supply Chain at STK Bio-AG and as Director of Corporate Pacific Operations at Orbotech, overseeing worldwide operations and corporate activities.
Shahar Yaron
Shahar Yaron has served as Neteera’s CPO since 2020, bringing 23+ years of experience taking sensor-based products from development to production. He previously served as CEO of Israeli manufacturing companies Comold and Bluran Line, and as VP, Product for the Aftermarket Division of Mobileye (NYSE: MBLY). He holds a BSc in industrial and management engineering.
Jason Taylor
Jason Taylor is Chief Growth Officer at Neteera, driving long-term, cross-functional growth across sales, marketing, and go-to-market strategy. He brings 30+ years of technology sales experience, with the past decade focused on healthcare. Before joining Neteera, he served as Chief Growth Officer at Panda Health and held General Manager roles at technology consulting practices, where he implemented solutions across the healthcare industry.
Brett Prince
Brett Prince leads Neteera’s commercial strategy, sales, and go-to-market execution, bringing 20+ years of leadership in medical technology. He served as VP of Global Sales and Marketing for Fresenius Medical Care’s Heart and Lung business, plus marketing leadership roles at Abiomed and Corindus Vascular Robotics. He holds an MBA from MIT Sloan and a BS in engineering from Cornell.
Linda Mayhue
VP, Customer Success
Linda Mayhue is a healthcare and medtech leader with 20+ years of experience in clinical leadership, healthcare delivery, and digital health. She helps organizations turn new solutions into practical, scalable tools that create value for patients and providers. As the fractional VP of Customer Success at Neteera, she works with customers and partners to drive adoption and maximize impact.
Oshrat Kfir
Oshrat Kfir is a strategic technology executive with 25+ years of experience driving innovation in AI and healthcare. With an MSc in Operational Research from the Technion (Cum Laude), she combines technical expertise with business vision. She has built R&D organizations and led the development of platforms using AI, deep learning, NLP, and analytics to transform healthcare delivery through integrated clinical solutions that enhance patient monitoring, decision support, and provider efficiency.
Esther Sayagh
Esther Sayagh is a CPA with extensive experience in financial reporting, auditing (including SOX), and corporate taxation. Her experience was gained in the public sector and during her tenure at a Big Four accounting firm. Esther joined Neteera in 2024 as Global Controller and currently serves as Director of Finance.
Shimon Steinberger
Shimon Steinberger brings 30+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry, managing leading-edge design teams focused on high-speed communication solutions. Before joining Neteera, he served as VP of R&D at MultiPhy, a provider of complex signal-processing and mixed-signal VLSI solutions.
Ran Shifron
Ran Shifron is an accomplished global business leader in digital healthcare and medical devices. With over 30 years of experience in scaling innovation for startups and multinational organizations, his track record includes launching successful products and generating billions in sales. He’s now spearheading the revolution of personalized medicine and preventive care.
Peggy Steckelberg
Peggy Steckelberg brings B2B marketing and communications expertise to Neteera, specializing in strategic brand development and customer-centric content. She has held marketing leadership roles across industries, building brand guidelines and go-to-market strategies. She holds a Bachelor of Journalism in advertising from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
