Marketing Coordinator

Job Purpose​:
The Marketing Coordinator will assist in email marketing campaigns, social media creation and management, video content creation, and support overall marketing efforts. On-the-job training for Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement (an email automation tool formerly known as Pardot) and other marketing tools will be provided.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Email Marketing: Assist in setting up and managing email campaigns, with training provided as needed. Utilize Marketing Cloud Engagement for automating marketing workflows, nurturing leads, and delivering personalized content. Monitor key performance metrics such as open rates and click-through rates.

  • Social Media: Help manage and create content for social media platforms. Develop graphics, and video snippets to engage with our audience, increase brand visibility, and drive traffic to our website.

  • Video Content: Assist in producing short-form video content for social media and marketing campaigns. This may include creating videos for promotions, product features, or educational purposes. Experience with video editing tools is a plus.

  • Graphic Design: Create visually appealing graphics using Canva for social media posts, email templates, and other marketing materials. Basic knowledge of Photoshop is a bonus.

  • Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze the performance of email campaigns, social media efforts, and video content. Provide insights and suggest improvements based on data-driven results.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing, social media management, or a coordinator role preferred (internship experience considered).

  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong organizational, and time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across teams and departments to achieve marketing goals.

  • Experience with Marketing Cloud Engagement, or willingness to learn (on-the-job training provided).

  • Experience with social media platforms and tools.

  • Proficiency in Canva for graphic design (Photoshop experience is a plus).

  • Basic video editing skills.

  • Healthcare industry experience is preferred, but not required.
