Isaac Litman
Mr. Litman founded Neteera after serving as CEO of Mobileye (NYSE: MBLY) Aftermarket for six years, until the IPO. Previously, he founded and served as CEO at Telepath, Motorola’s exclusive distributor in Israel and Eastern Europe, and as founder and CEO for the business intelligence services firm ABSC.

Shimon Steinberger
Mr. Steinberger brings 30 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, managing leading-edge design teams focused on high-speed communication solutions. Before joining Neteera, he served as VP R&D of MultiPhy, a complex signal-processing and mixed-signal VLSI solutions provider.

Shahar Yaron
Mr. Yaron joined Neteera after serving as General Manager at Bluran Line for five years and as Director of Products at Mobileye (MBLY) Aftermarket for eight years. Mr. Yaron has 17 years of experience in leading and managing innovative projects.

Nir Lazaros
Mr. Lazaros is an experienced COO with 25+ years in building and managing global operations and supply chains for startups and established companies. Before joining Neteera as COO in 2025, he served as COO and VP Supply Chain at STK Bio-AG and as Director of Corporate Pacific Operations at Orbotech, overseeing worldwide operations and corporate activities.

Joseph Zaccaria
Mr. Zaccaria joined Neteera in 2018, having spent nearly a decade on Wall Street analyzing and investing in public and private technology companies. Prior to that, Mr. Zaccaria graduated from Johns Hopkins University, where he was also a member of the varsity baseball team.

Dan Weiss
Mr. Weiss has 35 years of experience in sales, operations, and leadership. He co-founded Varrow, an Inc. 500 Fast Growth Company, which reached $150M in annual revenue and was later acquired by Sirius Computer Solutions. At Sirius, in collaboration with the EVP of Sales, he oversaw $3.5B in revenue with a sales team of over 400 salespeople. Following CDW’s acquisition of Sirius in 2022, his team was responsible for achieving an annual revenue goal of over $7 billion, driven by more than 1,200 sales professionals, as VP of Sales Strategy for Major Accounts.

Ran Shifron
Mr. Shifron is an accomplished global business leader in digital healthcare and medical devices. With over 30 years in scaling innovation for startups and multinational organizations, his track record includes launching successful products and generating billions in sales. He’s now spearheading the revolution of personalized medicine and preventive care.

Esther Sayagh
Ms. Sayagh is a CPA with extensive experience in financial reporting, auditing (including SOX), and corporate taxation. Her experience was gained in the public sector and during her tenure at a Big Four accounting firm. Ms. Sayagh joined Neteera in 2024 as Global Controller and currently serves as Director of Finance.

Thomas Bang
Mr. Bang has led a series of early- and mid-stage healthcare technology ventures to market leadership and profitable exits, including exits to UnitedHealthcare, Cardinal Health, and private equity firms. Two decades in Fortune 100 leadership roles honed his professional development and laid the foundation for recurring successes, culminating in his leadership of a $1.2 billion Baxter business unit. Recognized for his strategic acumen, Mr. Bang is deeply engaged in post-acute care, serving as a board and advisory member to various technology ventures.

Yair Deitcher, PhD.
Mr. Deithcher completed a PhD in computational neuroscience at the Hebrew University and has published multiple peer-reviewed papers in the field. His expertise encompasses signal processing, data science, machine learning, deep learning, and artificial intelligence (AI). Before joining Neteera, he served as the head of an AI research group at Orcam.

Rachel Weissberg
Ms. Weissbergl leads Neteera’s go-to-market strategy development, crafting tailored healthcare solutions. Beyond marketing and partnerships, she utilizes enablement tools to tackle industry challenges head-on, sparking remarkable growth. Rachel operates at the nexus of sales, marketing, product development, and partnerships, enabling her to engineer new workflows that drive critical revenue streams and transformative growth.

Patrick Finley

Mr. Finley brings over 11 years of transformative leadership experience in technology platforms, low-voltage systems, and connected devices. He is dedicated to driving innovation and empowering clients to navigate the complexities of cutting-edge technology confidently.
