Machine Learning Developer
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Machine Learning Developer with a strong background in deep learning and machine learning. As an Algorithm Developer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing cutting-edge algorithms and models for various applications. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop innovative solutions that push the boundaries of AI technologies. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of industry experience and a proven track record of successfully delivering complex algorithmic solutions
LOCATION: Jerusalem, Israel
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS:
- Develop and optimize algorithms and models for deep learning and machine learning applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, goals, and success criteria.
- Apply machine learning and data mining techniques to identify trends, anomalies, and actionable insights in medical data.
- Perform rigorous testing and validation of algorithms to ensure high performance and reliability in real-world scenarios.
- Analyze and interpret experimental results, making data-driven decisions to improve algorithm performance.
PROFESSIONAL SKILLS:
- BSc or MSc in computer science, electrical engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of industry experience as an Algorithm Developer, Data Scientist, or in a similar role.
- Ability to leverage AI tools to boost personal and team productivity across research, prototyping, documentation, and day-to-day tasks.
- Proficiency with AI-assisted coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar, and the ability to integrate them effectively into the development workflow.
- Strong expertise in deep learning and machine learning, with hands-on experience using frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Proven experience in developing and optimizing algorithms for machine learning tasks.
- Solid understanding of neural networks, convolutional neural networks (CNNs), recurrent neural networks (RNNs), and other deep learning architectures.
- Familiarity with GPU programming and optimization techniques for accelerating deep learning algorithms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and propose innovative solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

QA Engineer
We are looking for a highly skilled QA Engineer with strong functional and automation capabilities and a forward-thinking approach to AI-driven testing. The role combines hands-on test and automation, system-level validation, and leveraging AI tools to improve testing efficiency, coverage, and speed.
LOCATION: Jerusalem, Israel
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design, write, develop, and maintain functional and automated test frameworks (UI, API, integration)
- Execute and analyze end-to-end, regression, and exploratory testing
- Validate complex systems involving backend services, firmware, and UI
- Identify, document, and track defects with clear root cause analysis
- Collaborate closely with developers, product, and DevOps teams
- Improve test coverage and reduce manual effort through automation
CORE QA SKILLS:
- 3+ years of experience in QA / Software Testing
- Strong understanding of data governance principles and best practices.
- Strong understanding of test methodologies
- Experience with API testing (REST, Postman)
- Solid debugging and analytical skills
- Deep knowledge in Cloud AWS services (S3, IoT Core, Lambda), SQL
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal) are required
- Ability to read technical documentation, write clear bug reports, and communicate effectively with global teams
